Shipping Policy

At Daily Diva by Thuthu, we deliver nationwide across South Africa with a simple, transparent shipping rate. Please review our policy below.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

 

  1. Shipping Fee

We charge a flat rate of R100 for shipping anywhere in South Africa — regardless of location or order size.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Nationwide Delivery

  • Main cities & metros: 2–4 business days
  • Townships & suburban areas: 3–5 business days
  • Rural or remote areas: 4–7 business days
