At Daily Diva By Thuthu, we are committed to providing high-quality cosmetics and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

  1. Refund Policy

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including seals and labels).

1.2 Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events (unless damaged/defective)
  • Gift cards, sample packs, or trial-size products

1.3 Timeframe for Refund Requests

You must submit a refund request within 5 days of delivery.

1.4 Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at admin@dailydivabythuthu.co.za with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for refund request
    • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged/incorrect)
  2. Our support team will review your request within 3 business days.
  3. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase only if they have not yet shipped.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at admind@dailydivabythuthu.co.za or 073 177 5006 with your order number.

2.2 Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it. You may be eligible for a return under our refund policy if applicable.

 

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos/videos showing the issue.
  3. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

 

  1. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
